We do not ship to the EU or other worldwide destinations.

You can expect your order within 5 working days (often within 2 working days). Orders are dispatched by 1st class Royal Mail, Royal Mail Special Delivery or Fedex courier services. This will be decided, at our discretion, on weight, volume or value of goods ordered.

 

You can choose to have your order shipped to an alternative delivery address however we may request additional information before goods are dispatched. This may delay your order due to the additional security checks required.

We are part of Cable Universe Ltd and operate from the same warehouse based in South Devon. Your order will be processed by the same team of people who have successfully run Cable Universe for over 9 years. Your goods will be handled and dispatched with same care and attention offered to all of our orders received

Invoices:

A full VAT invoice will be enclosed with all orders i.e. it will not be sent to the billing address should this be different to the shipping address. If goods are required to be sent under plain cover and the invoice sent directly to the billing address, please state this clearly in the 'Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order' box located within the checkout pages. To save the environment, we use your invoice to collate your goods and do not enclose a packing list.

Returns Policy:

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your intent to return the goods for a refund. Goods should be returned at your cost and it is recommended that registered post or a courier is used, as items lost in post will not be refunded. After this period we may add a re-stocking charge & original shipping costs may not be refunded. All items to be returned must be treated and held with reasonable care i.e. we would ask that original packaging is kept and, should there be doubt that the cable is not a suitable length, it is not unwound prior to re-measuring. Please email us within 14 days of receipt, with your intent to return, at admin@cableuniverse.co.uk for authorisation and return details. Please include your invoice number and reason for return. Items must be received back to Cable Universe Ltd within 14 days of informing us of your intent to return the goods.

Should an item be faulty, please contact us immediately via email at admin@cableuniverse.co.uk stating your invoice number and suspected fault. We shall arrange for a replacement to be sent and organise for collection of the faulty item or offer a full refund if preferred

Your statutory rights are not affected.
